Featuring silkscreen imagery across the front and back, the T-shirt draws from the mid-century educational publication series \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Australian Children’s Pictorial Social Studies\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, which used illustrated narratives to introduce generations of Australian schoolchildren to a carefully constructed vision of the nation.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eRevisiting and reinterpreting this imagery, Boyd exposes how such publications transformed invasion into exploration, dispossession into progress, and Indigenous presence into a prelude to the Australian nation.
