These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of artworks, limited editions, artist publications, merchandise and other items sold by Artspace Visual Arts Centre Ltd (Artspace), whether purchased online, in person or by invoice.
By purchasing an item from Artspace, customers acknowledge and agree to the following conditions, subject to their rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Artwork and Edition Information
Artspace works closely with artists to produce limited editions, unique artworks, publications and other specially commissioned items.
All artworks and editions are sold as described at the time of purchase.
Due to the nature of artistic production, particularly hand-finished, hand-printed or individually produced works, minor variations in colour, texture, surface, finish, registration and appearance may occur between individual works within an edition.
Such variations are characteristic of the artistic process and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Photographs and digital reproductions are provided for reference. Actual colours and finishes may vary slightly from those displayed on screen.
Edition Numbers and Availability
All limited editions are subject to availability. Specific Edition numbers are not offered for this series.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Artspace reserves the right to cancel orders we suspect to be fraudulent.
Artspace reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or administrative errors, subject to applicable consumer law.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Please consider your purchase carefully.
Artspace does not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including changes in personal circumstances or preferences.
All purchases remain subject to the guarantees and protections provided under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
If an item arrives damaged, is incorrectly supplied or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact Artspace as soon as reasonably possible so that we can assess the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Collection of Purchases
Unless otherwise arranged, artworks and editions purchased for collection must be collected from Artspace during its advertised opening hours.
Purchasers are requested to collect their items within 30 calendar days of receiving notification that their purchase is ready for collection.
If collection is not possible within this period, purchasers should contact Artspace to arrange an alternative collection date, or funds will be returned.
Artspace reserves the right to require identification or proof of purchase before releasing an item.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping or Collection options are offered on this site. Shipping costs are added at the time of checkout. 
Orders are dispatched from Sydney on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Orders will be processed within 1-5 days of purchase. Please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery within Australia. International delivery times vary. 
A confirmation email with delivery tracking number will be sent at the time of dispatch. Please check your junk mail folder. 
Artspace will take reasonable care in preparing artworks and editions for transport. Artspace is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable consumer law.

The Artspace Store is not responsible for delays incurred or failure to deliver due to incorrectly supplied contact details, or for failure to collect items from the Post Office.
International orders
Customs clearance may add to the delivery time of international orders. Any fees, tariffs, or duties associated with international delivery are the responsibility of the customer. 

Taxes
All published prices on the Artspace Store website include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). 
GST isn't applicable on orders delivered to an overseas address. If you have specified an overseas address in your order, the GST amount will be removed at the check-out stage of your order.
If you are making your purchase from outside Australia you must pay any local duties or taxes (eg. customs or import taxes) that apply in your country of purchase. 
Cancellation
The Artspace Store may need to cancel your order if an item is unavailable or if there is an error in the price or description of the item, or in the order. Before doing so, we will notify you and upon cancellation will promptly refund your payment.

Copyright and Reproduction
Copyright in artworks and editions remains with the artist or relevant copyright holder unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Purchase of an artwork or edition does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
Artworks may not be reproduced, commercially distributed or otherwise exploited without the appropriate permissions.

Personal information
Your personal information is collected for purposes of fulfilling your order and for managing returns, refunds and exchanges. 
If you have opted to subscribe to our newsletter, you will be provided with regular updates from Artspace via email. You are welcome to unsubscribe at any time. 
Artspace does not store your credit card details.
